  • No OEM Affiliation: Wolf Incorp LLC is a fully independent third-party refurbisher. We are completely unaffiliated, unassociated, unauthorized, endorsed, or sponsored by any Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), including but not limited to Hewlett-Packard (HP®), Canon®, Epson®, Brother®, Lexmark®, or Xerox®.

  • Descriptive Use of Trademarks: All brand names, trademarks, model designations, and logos displayed on this website belong strictly to their respective owners. They are used on this site solely for product description and compatibility identification purposes.

3. Guarantees, Warranties & Support

Because all hardware sold on our platform is pre-owned and refurbished:

  • No Manufacturer Warranties: Original OEM factory warranties do not apply to equipment purchased from Wolf Incorp LLC.

  • In-House Warranty Coverage: All hardware guarantees, product replacements, technical support, and warranty claims are handled directly and exclusively by Wolf Incorp LLC under our internal Warranty & Return Policy.

4. Products & Pricing Accuracy

  • Refurbished Product Condition: Unless specified otherwise, items listed on our store are pre-owned devices that have undergone internal cleaning, hardware inspection, and functional testing. Minor cosmetic wear may be present but will not affect physical functionality.

  • Pricing & Errors: We strive to ensure all product information, descriptions, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
